The Adult Intensive Care Unit is comprised of two Intensive Care Units: the General ICU and the Cardiac ICU.

Cardiac ICU

Our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit has 10 beds (6 private rooms and a room with 4 beds separated by privacy curtains). All of them are equipped with television sets and air conditioning The Unit was completely remodeled in March 2017. This ICU is totally focused on cardiology care and has appropriate equipment for any kind of emergency. It is a space for the observation of patients who underwent interventional cardiology procedures and cardiac surgery.

General ICU

The General Intensive Care Unit treats patients with serious illnesses, or patients who have undergone complex procedures and surgeries. It has 10 beds; 6 of them are in a room separated by privacy curtainsfor a better observation of severe patients, and 4 are individual. The General ICU aims to guarantee humanized and quality care for its patients.
